Sworn translation in Spain is a legal act. Only translators who are registered with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as sworn translators can produce a document that bears official legal status in Spanish courts, notarial processes, and government procedures. Our sworn translators are registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for English, French, German, Portuguese and Italian. Each sworn translation bears the translator's official stamp, signature and certification statement. We translate personal documents including birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic degrees, notarial deeds, power of attorney documents, and court documents. We also translate corporate documents for company registration, merger filings, and regulatory submissions in Spain. For documents required by foreign courts or government bodies, we coordinate apostille arrangements and embassy legalisation on request.
